I am very happy to have you as a customer. I take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you ever have a problem with an item, please contact me immediately. I will gladly accept returns for 14 days following receipt of your merchandise and refund the item charge.
How do I pay for purchases?
Currently items may be purchased securely with the PayPal shopping cart on this site or on Etsy at nancybronstein.etsy.com. Via Paypal you may also pay with your credit card-you DO NOT need a Paypal account to do so. Your credit card info is not seen or collected by my site. Items may also be purchased with personal checks, or money orders by contacting me at orders@nancybronstein.com. Please do not mail any payments until I have responded so that I may secure your item and remove it from availability. The item(s) will be shipped once the check has cleared the bank or I have received the money order.
How are purchases shipped?
All items are shipped in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $ 5.00 which includes insurance and delivery confirmation. If an item is damaged during shipping, or it is not received, I will provide you with the information necessary to file a postal insurance claim. If you let me know I will be happy to ship your order via any service that you prefer (UPS, FedEx, etc..). Just let me know when you order that you wish your order to be shipped using one of these carriers.
How are international purchases shipped?
International customers may have items shipped for $ 13.00 including the required insurance. Customers outside the U.S should NOT use the PayPal shopping cart feature but should contact me via e-mail to arrange purchase of website items and to arrange payment.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Customers with shipping addresses in Massachusetts must pay an additional 5% state sales tax.
How do I find out when new items are added to your store?
If you would like to know when new items are added, I will soon be setting up a mailing list so that you may receive updates about classes, shows, and when new items are added to the shop. None of the information collected on my mailing list will ever be shared with others.
